At Kool Guys Air and Heating, we offer a maintenance plan that will protect your system and give you peace of mind. Living in Arizona our HVAC systems can sometimes run year-round. With that, yearly checkups are a necessity. As a valued customer, you will have access to special benefits, discounts, and priority services.
Maintenance Plans that Give You Peace of Mind
Multi Point Inspection on Your System
Catching potential problems before they become costly issues is the purpose of preventative maintenance.
Kool Guys Air maintenance plan subscribers receive priority and prompt service. When you need us we will schedule your service call right away.
Priority Service
Normal Service Fee is $75.00, however if any repairs or services are performed, we will waive the service fee.
No Service Fee for Repair

Kool Guys HVAC maintenance plan can help extend the lifespan of your equipment, reduce or eliminate the need for costly repairs and increase the performance of your heating and cooling systems. And most importantly you will gain peace of mind knowing you have a reliable and trusted company you can call whenever you have problems.
Our Maintenance plan covers your HVAC system for 2 years for $300.00. This includes two (Spring and Fall) Maintenance checks per year. For maintenance on each additional unit: $150.00.
After the two years we will charge $150.00 per year for HVAC Maintenance.
